Z13001 is a color active matrix thin film transistor (TFT) liquid crystal display (LCD) with 240x240 resolution. IPS (In-plane Switching) technique make this 1.3" LCD module have a wider view angle. This handheld LCD display is built-in ST7789V driver IC. This a-Si TFT LCD come with 4-wire SPI interface.
